Before any proposal for reorganization is referred to any reorganization committee, the commission may provide for a public hearing on the question of whether the proposal should be disapproved or referred to a reorganization committee and set a time and place for that hearing.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 135.
