The executive officer shall also give mailed notice of any hearing, as provided in Sections 56155 to 56157, inclusive, by mailing notice of hearing to all of the following persons and entities:(a) Each affected city and affected district.(b) The chief petitioners, if any.(c) Each person who has filed a written request for special notice with the executive officer.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 140.
