56831. The hearing shall be held by the commission on the date and at the time and place specified in the notice. After the conclusion of the hearing, the commission shall adopt a resolution doing either of the following:(a) Disapproving the proposal of reorganization.(b) Ordering the proposal referred to a reorganization committee for study, report, and recommendation.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 142.
