At any time after the date fixed for the first meeting of a reorganization committee or during the course of the study by the committee, if the legislative body of any subject district, after written request by the executive officer, does not appoint any members to the committee, those members may be appointed by the commission.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 161.
