If, during the course of study upon a proposed plan of reorganization, the commission authorizes a change in the scope of the study, the membership of the reorganization committee shall be immediately changed to exclude representatives of each district or city for which a change of organization is no longer proposed and to include representatives of each district or city for which a new change of organization is proposed.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 164.
