56842. A quorum shall be deemed to be present at a meeting of a reorganization committee if members representing one-half or more of the subject districts are present. Each subject district shall be entitled to one vote at any reorganization committee meeting, which vote shall be determined by a majority of the members of the district present at the meeting.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 169.
