Every officer of any affected county, affected city, or affected district shall make available to a reorganization committee any records, reports, maps, data, or other documents which in any way affect or pertain to the committee’s study, report, and recommendation and shall confer with the committee concerning the problems and affairs of that county, city, or district.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 184.
