When applicable, the terms and conditions of any change of organization or reorganization shall provide public utilities, as defined in Section 216 of the Public Utilities Code, 90 days following the recording of the certificate of completion to make the necessary changes to impacted utility customer accounts.(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 388, Sec. 21.
