Any of the terms and conditions authorized by Section 56886 may be made applicable to all or any part of any city or district or any improvement district within that local agency or any territory annexed to, or detached from, any city or district or improvement district within that local agency.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 211.
