57106. For the purposes of Sections 57104 and 57105, the boundaries shall be determined as of the date of adoption of the order of the commission. Any then pending but uncompleted proceedings for changes in the boundaries of the city or district shall be disregarded.(Added by renumbering Section 57086 by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 241.5.
