If no determination is made pursuant to subdivision (d) of Section 56886, the principal amount of bonded indebtedness which may be incurred or assumed by any city, county, or district, under any statute or charter provision imposing a limitation on bonded indebtedness, shall not be affected by any change of organization or reorganization.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 761, Sec. 279.
