57330. Any territory annexed to a city or district shall be subject to the levying or fixing and collection of any previously authorized taxes, benefit assessments, fees, or charges of the city or district.(Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1195, Sec. 14.7. Effective January 1, 1994.)
