If the voters in the incorporation election determine that future city council members shall be elected 'by districts,' or 'from districts,' the provisions of Article 2 (commencing with Section 34870) of Chapter 4 of Part 1 of Division 2 shall apply to those elections.(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 541, Sec. 3.
