All costs, liabilities, obligations, and expenses incurred in carrying out the purposes of this article shall be payable solely from funds provided for the purposes of this article, and no liability, cost, expense, or obligation shall be imposed upon the state or the bank beyond the extent to which money shall have been provided solely for the purposes of the bank’s activities authorized under this article.(Added by Stats. 2020, Ch. 10, Sec. 2.
