63083. Any and all bonds issued by the bank or a special purpose trust, their transfer and the income therefrom, shall at all times be free from taxation of every kind by the state and by all political subdivisions of the state.(Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 863, Sec. 37. Effective January 1, 1996.)
