The Director of Finance, with the approval of the Governor, may transfer moneys in the Special Fund for Economic Uncertainties to the California Small Business Expansion Fund for use as authorized by the bank board, in an amount necessary to make loan guarantees pursuant to Section 8684.2 and this chapter.(Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 537, Sec. 4.
