Nothing in this division is intended to limit the authority to develop and finance high-occupancy toll lanes pursuant to Section 149.4, 149.5, 149.6, or 149.7 of the Streets and Highways Code, or to limit the ability of any agency that has existing authority to issue bonds.(Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 474, Sec. 1.
