For purposes of this title:(a) 'Agency' means the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency established pursuant to Section 64710.(b) 'Board' means the governing board of the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency.(c) 'Community land trust' has the same meaning as that term is defined in clause (ii) of subparagraph (C) of paragraph (11) of subdivision (a) of Section 402.1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, as amended by the act adding this subdivision.(d) 'Los Angeles County' means the entire area within the territorial boundary of the County of Los Angeles.(Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 580, Sec. 2.
