In the resolution the legislative body shall determine:(a) The amount for which each issue of original bonds are to be acquired.(b) The amount of the reassessment.(c) The number of years for which the new bonds are to be issued.(d) The interest rate on the new bonds.(Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 331.)
