The mailed notice shall also:(a) Designate the property within the new district belonging to the owner by a description sufficient to enable him to identify it, or by its diagram number and referring to the diagram filed with the clerk.(b) State the amount proposed to be assessed against the property.(Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 331.)
