§ 59381

59381. Prior to the time fixed for the assessment hearing any interested person may appeal to the legislative body by briefly stating in writing the grounds of his appeal. Such appeal may be made upon any of the following grounds:(a) That he feels aggrieved by any act or determination of the person who prepared the diagram and assessment.(b) That he objects to their correctness.(c) That he feels aggrieved by the bondholders’ proposal.(d) That he feels aggrieved by any other act, determination, or proceeding concerning the diagram, assessment, or proposal.(Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 331.)
