(a) Except as provided in this chapter, the initial board of directors shall be elected.(b) The directors may be elected by one of the following methods:(1) At large.(2) By divisions.(3) From divisions.(c) The elections and terms of office shall be determined pursuant to the Uniform District Election Law, Part 4 (commencing with Section 10500) of the Elections Code.(Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 249, Sec. 3.
