Whenever the board of directors determines that the amount of revenue available to the district or any of its zones is inadequate to meet the costs of operating and maintaining the facilities, programs, and services authorized by this division, the board of directors may raise revenues pursuant to this chapter or any other provision of law.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 249, Sec. 3.
