Notwithstanding Sections 62100 and 62101, assistance provided by an authority to preserve the availability to lower income households of affordable housing units within the plan area which are assisted or subsidized by public entities and which are threatened with imminent conversion to market rates may be credited and offset against an agency’s obligations under Section 62100.(Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 319, Sec. 2.
