62115. The authority shall prepare a feasible method or plan for relocation of all of the following:(a) Families and persons to be temporarily or permanently displaced from housing facilities in the plan area.(b) Nonprofit local community institutions to be temporarily or permanently displaced from facilities actually used for institutional purposes in the project area.(c) The relocation plan required by this section shall comply with the relocation plan and assistance requirements of Chapter 16 (commencing with Section 7260) of Division 7 of Title 1.(Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 319, Sec. 2.
