Permanent housing facilities shall be made available within two years from the time occupants are displaced and that pending the development of such facilities there will be available to such displaced occupants adequate temporary housing facilities at rents comparable to the units from which the displaced occupants were displaced.(Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 319, Sec. 2.
