In order to facilitate the rehousing of families and single persons displaced by any governmental action, an authority, at the request of the city council or board of supervisors that created the authority, may dispose of the real property acquired under the provisions of subdivision (b) of section 62201, by sale or long-term lease, for use as, or development of, housing for those displaced persons.(Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 319, Sec. 2.
