62205. Section 1245.260 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall not apply to any resolution or ordinance adopting, approving, or amending the amendment of plan. Section 1245.260 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall apply to a resolution adopted by an authority pursuant to Section 1245.220 of the Code of Civil Procedure with respect to a particular parcel or parcels of real property.(Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 319, Sec. 2.
