(a) A minimum of 95 percent of the allocated tax increment revenues pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 62304 shall be used to fund eligible projects.(b) Not more than 5 percent of allocated revenues may be used for administration.(Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 266, Sec. 1.
