(a) If San Francisco establishes a district pursuant to this division, it shall develop and submit an annual report to the relevant committees of the Legislature regarding the commercial-to-residential conversion projects financed by the district.(b) The reports submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795.(Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 274, Sec. 1.
