66512. In addition, the regional transportation plan shall include a financial plan for the regional transportation system. The financial plan shall include a proposal for each segment of the system, including the amount and sources of revenues necessary to construct and operate that segment.In developing the financial plan, the commission shall consider various sources of revenues, without regard to any constraints imposed by law on expenditures from such sources, necessary to assure adequate financing of the system and, if necessary, recommend appropriate legislation to the Legislature to secure such financing.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 891.)
