The commission shall administer any county transportation expenditure plan which includes a provision that the commission shall implement a retail transactions and use tax pursuant to Division 12.5 (commencing with Section 131000) of the Public Utilities Code.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 301, Sec. 1.
