66906. There is created the California Tahoe Conservancy as a state agency within the Resources Agency. The conservancy is a successor agency to the California Tahoe Conservancy Agency which had similar powers and duties, but which did not function as an operating agency.(Added by renumbering Section 66905.8 by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1239, Sec. 5.
