66906.3. The governing body shall elect from its own members a chairman and vice chairman, whose terms of office shall be two years, and who shall be subject to reelections, except that a new chairman or vice chairman may be elected by the governing body before the expiration of the two-year term for the fulfillment of that two-year term.(Added by renumbering Section 66906.2 by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1239, Sec. 11.
