Proceeds from any lease, rental, sale, exchange, transfer of land, interest therein, or option thereon, or income shall be deposited in the fund and shall be available for expenditure for the purposes of this title when appropriated by the Legislature.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1239, Sec. 19.
