The governing body shall elect from its own members a chairman and vice chairman, whose terms of office shall be two years, and who shall be subject to reelections, provided that a new chairman or vice chairman may be elected by the agency before the expiration of the two-year term for the fulfillment of that two-year term.(Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 1589.)
