The governing body may contract with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency for the services of such staff of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency as may be needed to execute the powers, functions, and duties of the agency provided for under this act or in accordance with any intergovernmental contract or agreement.(Added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 1064.)
