§ 67501

67501. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the State of California to facilitate the development of regional mass transportation facilities to the maximum extent possible. To that end, it is hereby declared that it is the policy of this state that a new transit terminal should be developed in the San Francisco Bay area and that such development should be undertaken as rapidly as possible.(Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1079.)
