§ 67552

67552. The commission shall issue bonds in its name. These bonds shall constitute obligations of the commission only, and neither the payment of the principal of any such bond nor the payment of interest thereon constitutes a debt, liability, or obligation of any county, city, city and county, district, or political subdivision, or of the State of California. All bonds issued by the commission shall contain a recital on their face that neither the payment of the principal, or any part thereof, nor the payment of any interest thereon constitutes a debt, liability, or obligation of any county, city, city and county, district, or political subdivision, or of the State of California.(Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1079.)
