An indenture may include a clause requiring the commission to fix, prescribe, and collect rates, rents, fees, or other charges in connection with the regional transit terminal and, in addition, to provide a margin of safety in the collection thereof as further security for the bonds.(Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1079.)
