67566. An indenture may include a clause requiring, specifying, or limiting the kind, amount, and character of insurance to be maintained by the department on the regional transit terminal, or any part thereof, and the use and disposition of the proceeds of any such insurance thereafter collected. Such insurance may include fire, casualty, fidelity, public liability, property damage, or any other type or kind of insurance deemed desirable by the department, including use and occupancy insurance or insurance against loss of revenues from any cause.(Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1079.)
