67584. The commission may provide for the issuance, sale, or exchange of refunding bonds for the purpose of redeeming or retiring any bonds issued by the commission. All provisions of this chapter applicable to the issuance of bonds are applicable to the refunding bonds and to the issuance, sale, or exchange thereof.(Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1079.)
