The authority may use for the payment of the cost of acquisition, construction, completion, additions, betterments, extensions and repairs of the regional transit terminal or any part thereof any funds made available to the authority to be expended for the accomplishing of the purposes set forth in this title or the proceeds of bonds issued and sold by the authority, subject to the provisions of any applicable indenture.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1373.)
