67604. The authority may insure against any accident to or destruction of the regional transit terminal or any part thereof. Any money collected on such insurance shall be used for the purpose of repairing or rebuilding the facility or any part thereof damaged, injured or destroyed, or for the retirement of any bonds issued by the authority as may be set forth in the indenture authorizing the issuance of the bonds.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1373.)
