67822. The board shall provide by resolution the dates on which and the time and place at which regular meetings of the board shall be held. A copy of each resolution establishing the date, time, and place of a regular meeting shall be filed with the secretary of the board and the clerk or secretary of the legislative body of each of the members. The board shall comply with the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act (Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 54950) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5).(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1165, Sec. 1.
