67850. In addition to any funds received from federal and state agencies for the expenses of operating the authority, the board may receive contributions from agencies represented on the board. Each agency represented by a board member shall contribute to the authority, on or before August of each fiscal year, a sum to be determined by the board for each board member that the agency appoints.
