When requested by a local or regional agency, the office may furnish information and technical and professional advice on the preparation, adoption, amendment, and implementation of general plans, specific plans, or other local or regional plans, the preparation, adoption, amendment, and enforcement of regulations, procedures, programs, and legislation required for the implementation of local or regional plans, and information and technical and professional advice concerning planning problems.(Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 799, Sec. 3.
