(a) A city, county, or city and county shall not approve development of a logistics use that does not meet or exceed the standards outlined in this chapter.(b) This section shall not be construed to restrict the existing authority of a city, county, or city and county to deny a logistics use facility altogether.(Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 931, Sec. 1.
