The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to a logistics use development if it meets both of the following:(a) The logistics use development is a mixed-use development that may create sensitive receptors on the site of the new logistics use development.(b) There are no existing sensitive receptors within 900 feet of the loading bay.(Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 931, Sec. 1.
