§ 65065

The district shall have power to establish and maintain such offices as are judged best to facilitate the accomplishment of the purposes of the district, and to take by grant, purchase, devise, or gift, or to lease or rent, and to hold, use, and enjoy any property necessary or convenient to the establishment, maintenance, or operation of such offices, and to exchange or dispose of such property, except that the district shall not purchase real property.(Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 1811.)
